  • Drawing From My Personal Experience.

    Life is challenging; our stressors will, if we are not aware, translate into how we move & how we present in our bodies.
    From an early age of living with Anorexia Nervosa & body image issues, I understood exactly what this meant.
    As a result, I embarked upon my own personal journey to understand how the body responds to stress, both physical & emotional.
    This journey took me from Beauty therapy, to Aromatherapy, Sports Therapy to Soft Tissue Manipulation, & in 1998, the Classical Pilates Method which has literally transformed my mind & my body right from the inside out.
    From this journey of self exploration, physical, emotional & spiritual, I now draw from all I have learned to help others find peace within themselves, trust in how their bodies work for them, & ultimately provide the tools to help them move well & feel good for life.

    What I offer here is a system of movement therapy tailored to the specific needs of the individual, regardless of age, size, shape, experience, gender, nationality, budget or location.
    My focus is to work with you to establish a plan of action that meets your needs, is do-able, applicable, & achievable.
    I know from my own experience that my practise needs to support me throughout the life I lead, offering release when feeling stressed, strength when feeling weak, & challenge when feeling together & raring to go!!
    So the training I offer is built to adapt to & support your needs, always drawing from the Classical Mat that I love with focus on effective, efficient & economical movement in order to restore balance.


  • How I Tailor The Training To Support You..

    I have found over my 23 years of teaching Pilates that one to one training, especially in the initial stage of your journey, is essential.
    Here we build the foundation of the Method, & apply this foundational training to your day to day movement, always specific to your individual lifestyle & daily activities.
    Once proficient with the basic Pilates Method, my Live Online Classes &/or Online Training Library then become available to progress your journey, & this is where the repetition of the work is done.
    My one to one sessions are always available to support, fine tune & tailor the training to your individual, unique & beautiful mind & body, ensuring the training remains relevant to the life you lead.
    So whether in person at my Surrey UK Studio, or Online anywhere in the world, whether One to One Training &/or Live or Recorded Classes, I encourage you to begin your bespoke Pilates Journey with me today to Move Well & Feel Good For Life.
