Come & join me at the beautiful Minos Palace Hotel & Suites on the idyllic Greek island of Crete.
We will be spending 4 nights & 5 days drawing from the life giving energy of the Classical Pilates Matwork Method.

Each morning at Sunrise we will begin with coffee & a fresh fruit platter, followed by a 2 hour Workshop, focusing on the preparing mind & body access the genius of The Classical Matwork Repertoire. The content of the Teaching Schedule is geared to the individual needs of the group..

A delicious breakfast follows to truly begin the day..

After the morning workshop & breakfast, you will have time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings at Minos, with its own private beach, spa, infinity pool, beach bar & a whole number of secluded relaxation areas.

I will be on site each day to sit & chat, swim, eat & drink, with 1:1 pilates training available if you wish to work through or troubleshoot anything related to moving well.

Minos can organise any number of excursions should you wish to see the island, full details of available options will be shared once bookings have been made.

Each evening we will meet together at sunset to put into practise what we worked on in the morning's session. I will teach a fully cued Pilates Class to move mind & body right from the inside out.

Always there are options for all abilities, as my focus is to make this restorative retreat inclusive for all those attending, whether novice, beginner, or instructor.

Dinner will follow, & as with all meals, this can be taken at any point, whether joining the group or if space is needed, then of course, this is absolutely fine.
